Sorry your Marathon didn't go to plan but you did it you got through all the months of training and you did your first marathon the furthest you have ever run. You did it well done for doing it. Marathon's are tough races but there a nuisance that you can't repeat too often. Be proud Maddy most people have never done one.
Don't beat yourself up, you did one of the hardest challenges anyone could do and raised lots of money for charity. It's a shame about your knee, I hope it clears up soon and your back out running in no time

Underneath all the hoo-hah and hype that surrounds a marathon is just a bloody long slog, pushing your body far further than it comfortably wants to go! Finishing while carrying an injury really takes some doing, so don't worry about the time. Well done xx
