PSAMIKE Very wet, large puddles on the course, slight wind but didnt hinder the run and felt strong in my run and could had a PB if it wasnt wet.

About this parkrun

Flat out and back parkrun on the seafront where Swansea 10k and half marathon also take place.

flat and friendly along the tarmac on the sea front. 1st few rows were exclusively vaporfly wearers!

One turn, couple of very mild undulations. Trees did for my Garmin.
