The Teaboy PBed by a few seconds but still just missed the magic 20 minutes. Arse. Splits. 3:52, 7:58, 12:10, 16:17, 20:04. Really happy with clocking 3:47 for the last km. Thats the kind of finishing speed I should be demonstrating. Wind was a bastard over the first 2kms and I had wobbly legs from last night's spinning. Give me a clear run and I will blow 20 minutes away!
