Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Agent Orange 49.39 on the watch. Went off a bit fast and was hanging on by the end. But really chuffed to come in sub-50 as holidays had reduced training, so not in tip-top form.

Course and arrangements were conducive to a good time.

Now need to build strong shelf to hold medal!

fetcheveryone Messed up my timing - pressed stop instead of LAP on my watch, and it was stuck on 15mins for a couple of km's. Wasn't a big fan of the grassy surfaces and twisty bits, but can't complain. Was happy to have completed the race with no breathing / hamstring difficulties, so hopefully I am back to full strength, if not full race readiness. Great to run with KatieB, and nice to get shouts from loads of people on the way round.

KatieB I messed up the timing of this....but live and learn etc. May have just squeezed a pb. Felt i ran well and as fast as i could on the day. Can't ask more than that. Just to add, twas great having an encouraging fetch just ahead of me at the end. He really is a legend.

SDI Had a few niggles followed by laziness recently so this might be a bit of a struggle!! I'm not getting my hopes up for a PB.

RESULT...Well, niggles, lack of training and 7lb weight gain all meant a slow time, I was expecting it though so I'm still pleased with the outcome and that I managed to run the whole distance

Tiptoes Would like to say I ran this one but had to give No. to fellow club runner as still recovering from Car Crash.

Well done to all those who ran hope to see you soon when fully recovered.
