DANBERT This was run over the soft, loose, and finely gravelled surfaces that make up the trails in this area. Initially we did a 1 mile loop then 2 x 2 mile loops with a bit of a climb at the end of each loop. I was pleased with my performance this morning i thnk i had a decent run.
