About this parkrun

Three flat laps mainly on grass mean during the winter trail shoes may be necessary. A low key affair so far, it has a friendly cosy feel just like some of the older parkruns in the early days.

3 (mostly) grassy laps, lots of space, a good mix of clubs, runners and walkers. Access to Sports centre toilets/showers, plenty of parking. No dogs allowed. You get to ring a fire-bell if you get a PB! Great core team ;o) come and say hi
