Oscar's Everyone Day

In 2021 Oscar the Grouch proposed one day each year where "we unite as a community and EVERYONE records an activity of some sort - a dog walk, a run, a swim, a ride, ski if you want...".

Sadly we lost Oscar in March 2024, so now we dedicate Everyone Day to him. Thank you for the inspiration you gave us Oscar.

About this parkrun

A two lap circuit around Dartford Heath. A nice mix of gravel footpaths and wooded trail sections. Enough twists and turns to keep it interesting, but still possible to run a fast time. No facilities on site, so make sure you go before you arrive!

A cross country run, but is all the better for it. Two laps (with a slightly different start and finish area) mostly gravel & trail surfaces. Toilets are behind the gorse bushes! Very limited parking on the Heath, but side streets available.
