\J\ Well pleased another 10k PB on an undulating course. Really windy and got a dreadful stitch on the last k Elvet Striders 39:06 39:22 40:45 65.16
Lisrun A sunny, but very windy evening. This was a two lap course which pases North Tyneside Hospital. On the first half of each lap the strong wind was in our faces. The second half of each lap was great ! Course was almost completely flat and was mixture of quiet roads, wide tracks and pavements and without the wind would be a good course for a pb. Unlikely ever to be muddy. Good technical tee shirt to all finishers and I won a spot prize (my second in eight days !) of an arm purse. 100 Marathon Club, North East Marathon Club 45:35 45:35 47:17 65.60

Vicki: Graceless Whippet Had a fantastic race, it was 'blowing a hoolie' (25mph gusts) but the course was fairly flat and it was'nt raining. The course was two 5k laps, which were well marked and marshalled. Did the first 5k in 22:40 so i thought i might as well try and keep the pace going for the next 5k. Managed to knock 46 seconds off my pb so i'm well chuffed :D Jarrow & Hebburn AC 43:52 46:08 46:30 46:08 65.12
