Evil Rich the Dog Dazer Second race of the weekend! Wasn't sure whether to do it until I trotted up to Whernside summit chatting to Brett and decided I would. And quite a contrast to yesterday. Legs were feeling it, but as an exercise in getting leg speed back, it was spot on. Really enjoyed it, great to receive some support at the reservoir :-) Time 3 minutes down on last year, but considering what I've put myself through in the last 12 months, the lack of running recently and the fact I did a race yesterday....I'm quite pleased :-) Highland Hill Runners, Lochaber AC 1:07:23 1:10:30 52.81
