BigChiefRunningBore two week cold has knocked me badly. Personal crisis at home. so see you all at the back! More time chat anyway Race was hard lots of rain and hills and stitches but that why I do it ... oh and to pay £15 for orange juice and a banana. Bargin!!

ATOM. Very windy, wet and hilly. Used the race as a training run for IMA. Cycled to and from Berkhamsted (14 miles door to door). Very strong headwind going to Berko. Was on schedule for a 1:49 finish until mile 10 when my legs disowned me for a bit. Picked up again in the last mile and half, but by then it was too late for that elusive PB. Gutted for the people who bet on me; sorry guys and gals. But from my training perspective, I'm very happy with today's effort.
