Morning :)

Trying to decide whether to go out for a run. I slept in my socks :) and I think it feels OK, but I'm going to have a couple of cups of tea and wait for it to get a bit later before deciding.

I've just found a 10k in Blackpool on Boxing Day to enter :) that will be bracing!

hubby wont let me do a boxing day or new year run :-( Not sure where we will be anyway. YP1 did you like your running number (link on this page I think)

SOD will be pleased with me. I think. Walked for a bit to warm up, ran just over 4 gentle miles at 10 minute mile pace mainly off road, then walked for a mile to cool down. It was a lovely morning when I set off but the rain seems to be arriving now :(

Felt a bit niggly when I stopped to walk but by the time I got home it felt OK again. Fingers crossed...
