*wonders if all these injuries are related to everyone being scared of the mile*

I was looking forward to it as I think I was going to be able to run all four laps without stopping or walking :-(

Still we have four weeks or so to get fit again. :P

have decided to start only wearing my old running shoes, they have done 485 miles but have plenty of life; but i think swapping between mywork shoes (now have suport insoles) and general trainer then to running ones won't help:) and this week at work with the insoles i have had no prob :) will see if it works :)
