is that what they call it these days? Showing you his technique? Is that the same as do you wanna come in for coffee ;-) Take it steady tomorrow, it is bad enough Haddi is injured without it happening to you, dont forget we are relying on you to make this the first mile in two countries :-)

We did have coffee... with NSC and Skunk :p

I will be taking it steady, don't worry. It might look like I'll be racing twice this weekend, but I'm treating them as runs in company.
