Case in point yesterday was a simple pair of wire cutters I got from B&Q, £4. I was sweating profusely by the end, and wondered if I should log it as a workout. It has to be deliberate, but why? Not as if a pair of wire cutters are delicate and likely to be damaged in transit. Yanks my chain something chronic...
