Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Recruitment consultants that you've known for YEARS not getting in touch when they have a job on their books you meet the criteria for.

Recruitment consultants you've known for a couple of years not responding when you email them asking if they would consider putting you forward for a role, and you explain why you think you meet their criteria.

People on the radio talking about how "Vunwabo people" are going to lose their benefits. Where is this Vunwabo place and why are immigrants from there so heavily represented in the benefit-dependent population?

Companies who post 'like and share' competitions on Facebook, that aren't genuine. And then delete your post on their wall asking what happened to the competition...

Am I the only person in all of Christendom armed with the dark knowledge that hoses on petrol pumps ARE LONG ENOUGH to enable you to not have to park with the pump on the fuel cap side?

If you must insist on getting the distance 'twixt fuel cap and nozzle to a minimum, then don't wait so you're blocking access to the three perfectly serviceable pumps that are available.

Pulling up at a petrol pump and discovering that at this particular establishment the hose isn't long enough to get round or over my car, and I'm blocked in at the pump until the car in front moves away, and there's a queue of people fuming behind me.
