Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Sigh
[The gear grinding stems from a colleague dashing off a quick email using plain text on his phone, the reply to which necessitates the use of HTML, so it's necessary to stop and reformat the text before doing anything else. A bit petty, but I'm busy!]

Nicholls - typically (in Windows/Office) you can select in the mail format tab, as below.

Plain text is just that - no tabs, any special characters, bolds, italics, emojis etc
Rich text is allows a few features - eg bold, italic, bullets
HTML lets you throw in whatever you want - colours, emojis, pictures, URLs/links to anything etc etc

Seriously, Lurpak Spreadable is really upsetting me. Not because it isn't spreadable, it is ... and not because it doesn't taste nice, it does. But because it doesn't stick to your knife. You've got to BALANCE it on your spreading knife between the tub and your toast and if like me your hand is anything less than surgeon steady, at least 60% of the time it's falling off onto the table.

You want Lurpak Undroppable. Or to just pick up the pot and hold it over your toast whilst you extract it.

It's not just Lurpak. Seems like anything spreadable is made of Teflon
