If you want to "get" it, apply for a job here, then you can work here like me and get things for people. But not for those that say, "can I get."

Listen to any scientist being interviewed on tv or radio (Today programme is good for this, also Dara O'Brien's Science Club). The scientist's reply to any question will always be prefixed with the word 'so' As in.. Q. How likely is it that the moon is made of cheese? A. So we took a sample of fifty cheeses which we compared in a spectrometer etc etc etc It's like they've ignored the question and continued with their lecture notes. I appreciate I may be out on a limb with this, but listen out- they're all at it!
