How the fuck can I review a pair of shoes (for example) that I've not worn yet, or only worn once? Or a jumper that hasn't yet been washed. Ask me for a review a month down the line when I can offer a genuine opinion about the quality and effectiveness of the product.

I always answer no, because I haven't got sufficient information about all products in the market sector nor do I have full information as to how my friend or family member is intending to use your product. It would be far easier if the first question is "Are you a pompous arse?". I would answer yes and they would then have enough information to save asking any further questions.

And guess what? The top ad and both of the side ads of this page are all advertising the tool and it's cropping up all the time and elsewhere too! I'm used to things I've looked at being suggested back at me in ads, but this is bloody tortuous!
