If anyone is looking for a VLM place there are a number of places to run for a small back care charity. You would need to aim for a £1500 sponsorship and names have to go in by early next week. He have several places and if you want to know more please FMail me.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People also have some golden bond places still available. When I ran for them two years ago I had to raise £2000
