The above is not a criticism by the way - I know having been to Fetchpoint as a supporter before it isn't always possible to see runners - especially when they zoom past and I'm sure many thousands of runners were appreciative of the support and your hard work Thanks as ever to John66 for the organisation

As I travel north from London first class, I feel compelled to thank John66 for a fantastic Fetchpoint, Cloggy for being the best team captain, Idlewild for making sure I knew I was going too fast and running an awesome time, and Runamok's parents and Cloggy's friend for being A1 support.
Truly First Class race support, and an example to the world of the amazing community we have here. My weekend did not go to plan, but I leave happy to have witnessed VLM Fetchpoint in its full glory, and proud to be a Fetchie!

Baroness I am so very sorry!! 
You were spotted at mile 13, but not at mile 22 - we (Fetchies and your lovely hubbie) were are getting quite worried about you. Just after Mr Baroness left Fetchpoint John managed to find you on his phone thingie and we learned you'd already finished. Am really disappointed in myself for missing you, you were the most "obvious" runner in our team. Big, big hug and massive well done you!! XX

Thanks everyone and thanks for checking on the phone about me too. I was having a really bad time by the end. I think Mr BL was so worried having not seen me all race that he came home with two unopened bags of jelly babies that he'd been under strict instructions to give out at Fetchpoint! We'll save them for next year
