Ooooh nois JK, did it arrive with a  perhaps? Which Garmin did you go for? If it's the 310XT you'll be fine as that's the one I've got and even I managed to work that one out. Yay... it's getting close now! Thanks for your captainship, Cloggy. I sent a photo which is on the site, but it's maybe not as clear as it could be. So, key identification characteristics: 1) Fetch vest 2) Long fair hair in ponytail... and possibly: 3) Agonised expression as sub 3:00 dreams slip away There, that should do it. |

Cloggy - not sure if it's with a , it's currently at home with the housemate. Pretty sure our stuffed  will have any s away... The new shiny watch is a 610. Decided to upgrade from my defunct 405 with money I don't really have I hope it has a function that tells me 1) to slow down when I run too fast, and 2) to HTFU when I'm being a big wuss. Oh, and it's the right leg that's going to fall off, but that's ok, I only use it half the time anyway... (Yes, I'm bored at work, wasting time before I get to wander off to running group :)) |

Had my pre-race (very deep) massage today - so a little tender at the moment. It will pass / ease by tomorrow evening though - when I'll run my final 5 miler before the big day! Oooh, how close are we getting! Thanks to John66 and Captain Cloggy for all they've done - I was late in so appreciate being included at the last minute. Have **finally** got pics of me in my kit loaded up .... |
