Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Go to londonmarathonfetch22.webs.com and check ALL photos and ALL requirements (last box on the page). This is what I'll be basing my shopping trip on. I'll buy everything there unless I tell the team captain otherwise (I get a budget from Natmag). Any amendments should be emailed to me at fetchvlm2012@gmail.com

Happy tapering

A slight apology. Timewise all I want to know is what time everyone think they will finish in i.e. 4 hrs, 4hrs 30 etc. NOT 1pm or 2.20pm. The instructions may be a bit ambiguous. If you disagree with your time published on londonmarathonfetch22.webs.com then email me at fetchvlm2012@gmail.com asap.

It's all gone a bit quiet on here - hope everyone is okay. Received my charity racepack in the post, which now makes everything feel extra real, if didn't already.

Need to start cutting down on my extra helpings of shepherd's pie though ...

2nd visit to the fizz this morning. I tried a plod last night for the first time in a week and *touches wood frantically* it seemed to be okay. I just feel that all the hard work up until 10 days ago was for nothing and yes, I know I won't have lost that much fitness, but it's still a worry.
