Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Have just upgraded from 305 to a shiny new 910xt. Fetch seems recognise the fact that it is there, but how do I upload from it?
Any clues gratefully received!?

This may not be any help, but I'm not having any trouble uploading run and cycle data from the 910xt. (I've just uploaded a cycle now on my work PC, and have uploaded a run on my home PC no problem.)
I did however fail to upload data from a pool swim yesterday - I'm hoping this functionality will be added at some point.

Both my home and work computers are PCs running Windows 7, with the latest versions of ANT Agent and the Garmin Plugin installed. Happy to try and help further but tricky as mine is working (aside from the swim). :-/

Do stuff quickly->FIT file upload and navigate to the directory on your computer where the files are stored. See here for details:
forums.garmin.com
Unfortunately you need to read each file in individually, which could be annoying if you tend to upload everything once a week.
It should work the same as my 310xt does; which is to say the upload you use for the 305 used to work as well, but was very very slow (because the Garmin interface forces FE to read every file in the directory to figure out what has already been uploaded), and I believe doesn't work at all with the latest ANT agent. But I can't say for sure because I stopped using it a while back.

Fetch - my new 910xt gives me lots of completely useless and irrelevant swimming information.

I want to store it on Fetch and to look at equally useless and irrelevant graphs and other such nonesense please.

Similar issues - generally my 910XT uploads fine since I upgraded from a 405CX a while ago, but have found problems with both multisport sessions (ignored) and some pool swim data - I'd also love to have all that length by length info on Fetch (so much detail of the rest of my life is on there and if data is available...)

Thanks for the FIT file approach suggestion - will give that a try!

Anyone having issues with the 910 and ANT agent? Mine constantly fails to upload / download. I've tried updating the ant agent, and looking for firmware, but it never seems to connect long enough to do anything useful

I find that I have to upload to Garmin Connect first before doing anything else! it then seems to unblock other functionality
