anyone know where the video footage will appear from the thunder run ? there was a guy filming the start on the back of a jeep and then various locations and times over the weekend but havent seen it anywhere yet.

he was at the top of one of the hills on lap 1 and i noticed him a few more times coming upto the end of the 24 hours and then he also recorded the trophy presentations,i think he might have been part of provelo crew so will keep an eye on their website for it !

you looked fine h17, it was funny trying to watch people actually get up onto the podium in so much agony !! glad i was part of a team of 5 as we couldnt all fit anyway !

Mr SJ - That's what I mean about people getting "elite" teams together to do sub 40-50 all day and night - one of my team mates managed mostly sub 45 laps and Monty did 6 sub 50 laps! I couldn't even do a sub 50 down hill!! My PB is 53.27!

However, it *should* be the slower people on the team who can improve the most!! :) (that'll be me then!!) :)

our fastest guy did 7 laps, 6 of those were i think all sub 46 and one night time lap he took easy and did 53. cc2 did 5 laps and they were all sub 50 and i think the rest of ours were all around 50-55. my 5 ranged from 51 to 56 minutes.

i think you're right lil, the more popular it becomes the more chance that more and more elite teams will do it and really go for the big laps. hopefully though they'll all enter the team of 8 category and i'll just stick with the 5's !!
