No running for my yet. Planning a short run Thursday. Legs not too bad but having just recovered from long term injury not wanting to jeopardise it by running to soon aftr Thunder run.

I've been for a run! Took me a week after VLM but I felt up for running today, and whilst it wasn't fast and was only 2 miles it felt ok :) Which I suppose goes to show that running 25 miles in four blocks in a 20 hour period (for me) is much easier than running 26 miles in one go. My last lap was so much harder than my last 6 of VLM at the time though!
