Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Morning!

Well, we know where we're goin'
But we don't know where we've been

Another imaginary place - I searched and couldn't find anywhere real named this...

Should be pretty easy! In pessimistic days in a previous company this used to be our project song... Seems we had the right idea as the whole department got closed down a year after I left!

What: some sort of speedwork
Why: turn over the legs a bit quicker
Ongoing hard: back to work after a couple of days off and still sorting out what to do first...
Last rest: Monday

Nice pic @Derby Tup . You all look very clean - no mud? pre-race?

Will try to join you on a few efforts later for the same reason @Diogenes .

Post race @HazelnutCH The ground was incredibly dry and I think a racy pair of trail shoes would have been fine, even road flats. Lovely evening on the hill
