Indeed. The Ukrainians are usually pretty good with their comms but this was premature. I notice that the Yanks held back, saying they could not confirm it. One wonders how many more got out alive. Such strikes are usually carried out at night but this one was in daytime, apparently because they had intel of a gathering of commanders that day. |

Of course. Truly sloppy work. Russian propaganda has been all over this and the usual shills and halfwits like our pet troll have been holding it up as evidence that Ukraine is a Nazi state. The history of that time is exceedingly complex, and of course we won't mention when the Russians/Soviets were allied with the real Nazis between 1939 and 1941 ... Anyone who tells you that today's Ukraine is anything to do with Nazism is either profoundly ignorant and gullible or a Putin fanboy, and therefore disqualified from discussing the issue with the grownups. |
