Race cost changes

We are planning this year's event and a few costs are coming in and we are calculating our costs. Looks like we may be squeezed tightly to break even. What would you prefer? Same cost as last year and get slightly less in terms of prizes, goodies and facilities - or pay a £1 more for the same as recent years. Hint our cost is a whole £16 (£18) Have set up a poll also
