Rosehip - that sounds delicious - the sort of thing I make for lunch. I buy cheap (and really good) pomegranates from the Turkish supermarket or the market and freeze the seeds - they last ages.
And as for vinegar.... what a wonderful substance it is in all its forms!
I'm a recent convert to cottage cheese - hadn't eaten it for a billion years 'til a few weeks ago. I think I'll have some in my dinner - coming up any minute. I will invent something different....

Newt for this year.... I have had the back door open this morning so Wanda can sit outside on her 'sunbathing towel' and sun herself in the garden. Up until now she has had to find sunlight coming through the kitchen window.
Also the garage have brought my car back after the collision with the fox/muntjac and it has a lovely new bumper.

A vegetarian salad for lunch today. I'm attempting to eat more fruit and veg, eliminate bulky carbs, and cakes an pastry, and reduce dairy, combined with more frequent and varied exercise in an attempt to lose weight and tone up.

I managed to find something different for lunch. A Chimichurri chicken and chorizo pouch. It was really tasty though looking at the nutrition info now it appears to be terribly unhealthy. Och well!
I love that Wanda has a sunbathing towel.

Newly discovered way through Speckled Wood on the dog walk today en route to the Venue of Legends playing fields where the sprint group used to train.
Midday salad was different - but only vaguely different. If I finish my work in time I might get on with my REALLY new thing.
