Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Moaning

It was D Day at the weekend. D for Decision. The Decision to sack off the Spring marathon. (Greppers, please remove my Manchester date from the fixture list)
My head hasn't been in the right place since January, and in the last few weeks, my body has joined it. Too many other demands on my time and too much stress from the kitchen situation. 5 weeks of take aways, ready meals, eating out and drowning my sorrows have led to terminal CBA's. Throw in a throat infection and a gammy calf and the decision was an easy one.

So, no spring marathon for me. Attention has switched to life after the kitchen is fitted (hopefully by the 15th) and after February buggers off. A full programme of club races and triathlons awaits.

Between you and Argie I've been put off the idea of a new kitchen permanently.

What was the non draft bike leg like Gobi?

Being cold to the core is proper nasty. Looks like a good performance; is there an AG worlds or anything you can do now?
