They were in date until April 2018 so they offered to bring them along. Someone must have made an error with the decimal point when calculating how many to order . Many people (not me) went away with boxes of 4 dozen I did not even have one - because as we all know, mince pies are for Advent and the 12 Days of Christmas and not some random Saturday in January
