Running tops designed like a flag

Does anyone know where to get these from? I've seen some on ebay for £23, which seems a bit steep. Same price at Globalgear (who are curently out of stock anyway) whose tops only have the flag at the front and are white at the back. Would prefer a short-sleeved top, but might consider a vest as second choice. Thanks!
