Is it PB-able, or is it too congested?

It was, back in those days (only about 3 or 4 years ago) relatively uncluttered and had definite PB potential. It's now massively oversubscribed and popular, but I'd suggest that if you start reasonably back from the front you should be ok. It's chip timed and you have starting pens depending on your estimated finish times, so there's normally a gap between different ability groups.
