Replacing avatar picture

Sometimes also, it might look as though the change has either not worked, or reverted - but this is often because your browser has cached the old version. In this case, try a CTRL+F5, or Apple+R to force the browser to get the latest image.

Second the ones I had resized to get the right ratio haven't helped - current attempt is 360x266 which is right height but narrower than requested. It also seems that even after I manually refresh on my profile page that new version doesn't show up beside me in this thread which is confusing me.
