Boss Lady said if it was served in a shot glass with some cream and a mint leaf on top it would be a dessert in it's own right.

It blends food to a drinkable, very smooth juice. You get all the fibre etc from the fruit as it all left in - but it generally as smooth (nearly) as a juice.
