Anyone ran on the John Muir way going either direction from North Berwick? Just wondering what the terrain is like. Only looking for 10 miles in total, so 5 out and then back.

Thanks!

be a hero, do 10 miles and get a bus back. (I'm also interested in the answer to your question).

Could do that actually. Or get a bus 10 miles and run back. LOL.

have run from North Berwick to the nature reserve on the outskirts of Dunbar. It's largely a mixture of paths and farm tracks - with a wee bit on road.

I've ran from Edinburgh to North Berwick quite a few times now sticking to john Muir way, I usually get train back. Terrain is easy going, some nice trails, big of beach, bit of woodland bit of fields and few Tarmac paths
