I think I've cycled a multitude of tasks in these last few hours which isn't helpful probably. Screen time for a start is bad.

I think I've just given up hope of sleep to be honest there's always tommorrow night...

Here we go again...

So last night I fell asleep somewhere around 3.10am and was awake by 7...

I did a full day with a 10 year old with special needs plus 3 others (6,7 and 8 years) so full on

By 7pm I was hanging and felt so tired I went to bed. I led down and within minutes it was like a switch and I was wide awake and here I still am...

In this time I've led silently and willed sleep.
I listened to hypnosis for deep sleep and was still awake at the end

I have had no caffeine since 2pm (only drink tea so not huge amounts)

I've listened to white noise that annoyed me.

So I did some shopping and managed to buy lots of things I probably didn't need...

I've listened to Paul McKenna I can make you sleep - I can confirm he can't

My Dr didn't ring me back after my e consult so hoping I will hear tommorrow.

And I've resorted to a couple of codeine and tramadol but they've not worked either 🀣🀣

What on earth is going on. Tommorrow is run day- if I don't sleep that won't be very good!!
