Meant to say Clare, prob best to rest, not that I'm a running expert - or even a runner for that matter - but not worth risking it at this stage.

Knitting, Redhead?! While running?! wow, that's certainly unusual and must be pretty challenging! I'd end up stabbing myself or something (not that I can even knit when sat down concentrating!)
I was semi-well behaved last night - I bined my tempo run (which would have been 10+ miles incl the warm-up and cool down) and instead just jogged to the gym and back, plus did a gym session. I am hoping to get a decent run in tonight, but I think I will just do it at easy pace rather than any speed stuff, will see how the leg feels.

Afternoon Team 5
I was a good girl today and did my intervals without incident or complaint. Hoorah!
Chunky Boy, my little legs don't like them either
Kwala, excellent, so I'll get to see you twice. Please will you shout at me to keep up my pace in Brighton as I soooooooo want that elusive pb. LOL, sometimes I feel as if I'm 111!
Clare, that isn't the first time I've been called 'unusual Hope your run goes well this evening.

I think it's great Redhead - sounds like fun! In fact I have a feeling I remember watching you on BBC breakfast being interviewed one morning after VLM (FLM?) when you'd knitted your way around - would that have been in 2006? (if so it was after my first marathon and I was sat on the sofa with the day off work recovering!!). well done on the intervals!

Do you hold a record for your knitting while running, Redhead? How much do you get done? Well done on the intervals.
sounds like you are being very sensible Clare - I approve *nods head in a knowing and wise way*

Training seems to be going well for everyone. I'm aiming for around the 4 hour mark. Going to attempt 3rd 20 miler on the schedule later just hope the rain eases off a bit.
