But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Just heard about this. Would have loved to join you - living just half a mile from the track - but am out of the country early Feb. But if it becomes a regular fixture count me in for the next one - although would be backing up OS, Lizzie and John at the end of the field.

I'll do the mile and then see whether I have anything left. I think doing the 100m will really depress me. I used to be fast(ish) at school (14-15 secs or so), and now I'm, erm, not.

And cake is needed, obv

I have never done a fetch mile or any of these distances so it would be interesting to do them all :-) depending though on how my legs feel after doubling my mileage!
