Just a reminder to everyone going to the Cardiff Fetch mile that there is a boxing match at the Principality Stadium on the same day. Traffic and trains are likely to be very busy so allow extra time!

I've been talked into running the Ponypridd parkrun 'with' one of my friends, so I will be heading down to Cardiff by train after that. I'm not too sure where the venue is exactly, so should probably consult a map between now and then. |

I've bought a bus ticket along with my train ticket, so hopefully the glorious interweb will show me where to catch the bus and where to get off it. Or I might go on a mystery tour round the delights of 'diff.
