Maybe we should take a London contingent to another Mile. Would be lovely to be part of a big Mile crowd again

Managed to survive the 5 mile race today, bought home his and her trophies and some County Champs bling :-)

Sorry I couldn't make it yesterday Loca. Would have loved to have caught up with you - I have a soft spot for Barnes Elms Track after the last mile I ran there with you :-)
