If not, we use their changing facilities, abuse the staff, noise up the other diners, then decamp to Jenny Ha's, which opens at 12.30. See yous on the start line or at a marshalling point in an hour or two. Have a great run everyone! :-)G

I have just come back from stomping all over the Fells in Keswick and to be honest if I hadn't made the effort to turn up today I would not have gone out for a run and been a lazy bones. So ta to all who organised this today - it was really good fun.
