Is there any difference between children's and adults running shoes? I've had my eye on a pair of kinvaras and searching on amazon I've found a pair of children's in a size 4 for less than £20. I'm guessing it's naive of me to assume that they'll be the same as the adults version? |

I think it depends. Some makes are specifically adapted for children's feet - although without looking it up I'm not sure what that actually means in terms of cushioning etc etc... My daughter has kids Asics (I think they're size 3) - try their website - I remember reading something about it at the time |
