Dear All Since we are now firmly established on 2 sites, it is more difficult to find out who is in or out of the office each day. It is very important that we are aware of where people are on a daily basis, particularly for health and safety reasons, e.g. if a fire occurred in one of the buildings.
Can you therefore please ensure that you all reply to the email reception sends each week letting them where you are going to be.
Of course your itinerary can change and if this does happen it would be helpful if you can let reception know, but I appreciate this will not always be possible.
If a member of staff is sick, their manager should let reception know by email (and they will ensure HR is made aware).
Thanks for your help on this matter.

"Thank you to all those that sent through bids for the pairs of England v Pacific Islanders rugby tickets for the match at Twickenham on Saturday 8th November in support of [Charity A].
The successful bidders for the tickets on this occasion are X and Y whose bids of £100 and £150 respectively have secured their attendance at the match.
Many thanks to X and Y for their contributions which will assist Charity A with their work around the world in developing countries. "
Now I think that X got a better deal than Y as X's 'donation' appears to be less than the face value of the pair of tickets up for auction (debenture tix are, I think, about 70 quid each)

Le Greg - new improved recipe
They may be testing the fire alarm shortly, if they do apparently we should ignore it.
Thanks,

Perhaps you might advise whoever sent that as to how apostrophes should/should not be used!
