We went to the Wensleydale creamery yesterday at Gayle and got some cheese for Christmas. Hopefully we will have some left at the end of the weekend ;-)

I'm now thinking about cheese AND chocolate. Maybe pieces of cheese coated in chocolate? Milk or dark. Soft or hard? Maybe pearls of an amerena cherry moulded into brie, with a shell of dark chocolate blended with Kirsch?
