Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Third year in a row - looking like the best weather too :)

That was so annoying last year - downpour before the start which left the 50/50 decision on whether to wear a jacket. As all runners will know, on 50/50 choices, runners invariably fall on the wrong side ;)

Yes I remember trying to shelter from the down pour, decided against wearing a jacket though and I seem to remember the weather being ok :-)

Cycled in to watch you all running. Saw Mick and Phil but didn't spot any Fetch tops. Well done all who finished.

Same old, same old! I can understand the theory but with the amount of 'issues' this event has had over the years you would think they would go the extra mile to ensure 'the best event' for the region!

But hey, they all keeps paying the entry fee and turning up .... more and more by the looks of things!

I had a friend volunteering at the Info tent. I thought she was joking when she told me later that they'd run out of medals!

My 4th year visiting there but probably my last for this event to be honest - it does so many things well but there are a few issues that the organisers can't, don't want to or maybe just forget to fix, but which really impact on the experiences of many of the runners.

Got something to say?
