TBB, yep feel fine, just pushed to hard on the sprint (about 6:30 pace) and left a bit light headed. So a little lie down at the side of the lane then a slow shuffle back to the showers. I can't let Homer get to far in front of me know can I :)

Really enjoyed this today as I think I said to TBB at one stage during the race- days like today are why we enter races :-)

Homer - next time you are standing with a camera at the 13mile stage of a half DON'T take my photo - my attempt at a cheery wave didn't quite come off - no need to send me the high res version of that one ;-)

didn't spot Homer with the camera....although someone shouted "Dodge" near the end.....hope there are no pics of me looking dishevelled...... it was a great run though and well done to all those who finished and got PB's

It was me that shouted Dodge but it was hard to spot folk and youwere past to quick
