Once a Sprinter ...
I have been having problems with my calf. Tightens up badly after a couple of miles and is very sore & solid. I have access to a Powerplate. Does anyone have experience of using one for treating injuries (or even as a cross-training tool?)

I used it as a bit of a massage thing.
Felt good at the time, but didn't seem to have any lasting effect.

I suppose it helped me get the initial loosening bit so I could then stretch a bit more.

Got something to say?
