Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Lol you are funny, I know what you mean hippo but if we set of at a plod and speed up a bit surely that just means we feel ok doesnt it? Besides I think I have come to terms with not being able to go for a PB.

By the way Hippo I did ask the doc why I always get chest infections and she just said some people do, she also said that the reason my symptoms were so mild is probably because my lungs are so strong. Also I have no valves in my nose so mucus (sorry) easily runs downwards

Is it not better out than in? I rarely get colds and when I do get snot it sits in my sinuses and refuses to move. And that can get a bit painful at times.
