Champers for exactly 100, how exciting. No wasted effort, but was a bit squeaky bum time. I suppose that's what happens when you go to Berlin fully intending to do a half marathon, it snows, you buy emergency 140 denier tights, lose them and and then go clubbing until 6am!

I know how you feel Glenn.
Just got back from the quack with another lot of antibiotics, this time for tonsillitis . I can't remember the last time I had so many colds that have turned nasty and needed a helping hand to get rid of them Any natural magic cures out there than any one can give me to boost my immune system??
I have managed to get on the turbo trainer a couple of times to keep myself ticking over
